Kannan Swamy is the man who fused hereditary values and modern technology to create his unique identity in the field of culinary arts. He took after his grandfather Sri. Velappaya Krishna Iyer, a renowned chef of yesteryear, who was felicitated by the then king of Travancore His Highness Chithira Thirunal with ‘Pattu’ and ‘Vala’. Following his ancestor’s footsteps, Kannan Swamy has carved a unique identity for himself, using his magic to delight customers since 1992. 

Krishna Catering is the result of Kannan Swamy’s dream to create a modern, hygienic facility where he could fulfil his creative desires. Krishna Catering is a modern, diverse kitchen, consisting of all the latest amenities and technologies where great food can be prepared for small group of people to large gatherings in a carefully controlled, hygienic environment. Krishna Catering was established as a small scale unit in 1994 , when organized catering was still a fledgling industry .
